laptop returned after 1 year unusable/ unsellable

Hello guys, I have a problem here.
So iam a seller at amazon, and recently a customer returned a laptop after a year of heavy use, the laptop was in bad condition multiple hits at the body of the laptop, a broken keyboard and stickers on it, and even the box didn’t have the contents inside (just the laptop and the adapter !), long story short, amazon fully refunded the customer and after a safe-T claim, they only gave us 40% of the original price, even though we asked for 100%. is there anything we can do here? the laptop is unsellable + unusable.
