Amazon Canada Cosmetic Documentation Question

Hey everyone,

Amazon CA is requiring documentation for our cosmetic products. We’ve been good for quite a while now and I guess they all of the sudden have been removing listings that do not have the correct documentation. The thing is, Amazon is very vague when it comes to what documentation is needed. It just says that it needs approval or exemption from Health Canada. It doesn’t go into detail as to what documents are needed, or how to go about obtaining them. I’ve been doing some research and I’ve come a across a CNF (Cosmetic Notification Form) and its just a form to notify the sale of your cosmetic products. I don’t know if I receive any documentation proving that I’ve filled out the form or whether or not we get approved. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
