How do I make a private label and packing!

I am new to Amazon FBA and I have finally decided on a product. I am in the process of contacting suppliers, but I am curious as to what the next step after finding a supplier is. How do I make my own private label? and how do I manage the packing? I would like to ensure that the packaging looks very professional. Anything helps
