LUCID number

I am so exhausted, my listing is inactive for a month now, because of Amazon keeping refusing to approve my LUCID number by saying that the legal name provided to Amazon is not matching Lucid Register name. Which is non sense. It is both has identical name and surname. Did anyone have same issue? How did you resolve it?
