Dealing with customer service – warranty issues
We have a few items that come in sets. Like a set of wrenches. Occasionally a customer breaks one of the items in the set. We’re happy to replace the broken piece, but I don’t have a way to help the customer other than replacing, and them returning, the entire set.
Any advice for a situation like this? If I carry each piece individually can I send them that within their existing transaction?
