Approval on items?

I just requested approval on some items to sell ( they were approved) but when I scan them it tells me to request approval every time after I was approved. Do I have to wait for it update or something?. Also I should include Im doing arbitrage to start off just to inform you all, I don’t know if that plays role. Thanks in advanced
