Calling all Canadian FBA sellers: Question about EI/Maternity leave

I do retail arbitrage selling on Amazon FBA as a side hustle. I will be going on maternity leave in the next month or so. I will still have inventory in FBA at the time and will continue making sales, so I’m wondering how that will play out as far as declaring income during my leave. If I turn off my auto deposits and just bank my money in Amazon until I return from maternity leave, would I need to declare that? If anyone has experience or insights, it would be greatly appreciated!
