Keep forgetting to mark orders dispatched – Any reminder services etc?

Hi,

I have good metrics on the whole and get exclusively positive feedback, but I keep forgetting to mark orders dispatched (even when they have been) until the day after, which keeps putting my account at risk of deactivation.

I remember seeing a service that sends reminders about orders that need to be dispatched but I can’t find it now. If anyone can give any recommendation on that or a multichannel platform that has any feature that protects your dispatch rate that would be greatly appreciated.

Currently living in fear that my bad memory is going to bankrupt me overnight… All help appreciated!
