Got hit with an infringement claim. Should I fight?

I have a product that is identical to another listing in both packaging and contents. The owner of the other listing is brand registered. I believe we acquire our product from the same supplier.

I listed on their ASIN, and the owner threatened and complained to Amazon, who then had me kicked off the listing. The product is exactly the same.

Should I fight back? Is this allowed?
