What to do if I sent a brand-name product to Amazon, but while it’s in transit, I get emailed that the brand is gated now?

I sent in 3 thermos products I bought from Walmart, they showed up as being not gated. But I get emailed when my box is in transit, that the product is getting gated the next day. What do I do? Should I get them shipped back to me? Or try to get ungated from thermos products.
