invalid card – can’t be charged (bank of america)

Hi guys, I have the invalid card issue they can’t charge the card. It’s bank of america debit card. Has anyone had similar experience using bank of america card? The card is activated I use it for online purchases but I haven’t bought anything in a brick and mortar store do you think that could be causing the error? Any tip and what helped you would mean a lot to me.
