Can’t create account and can’t ask for help without an account…

I tried signing up for Amazon Seller Central and I get an error message:

“One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration”.

I’ve never had a seller account so don’t know what’s going on. I can’t post on the forums because I don’t have an account and I can’t seem to find any way to ask for help.

Anyone have suggestions? Just as a note, I’m trying to do this for sell.amazon.ca as I’m based in Canada.
