Issues with ASINs having incorrect product details for a given SKU/UPC.

I have tens of thousands of SKUs that I have matched to pre-existing ASINs on Amazon. I am finding that a good amount of the listing details do not match the SKU/UPC in the Amazon catalog. For example, an ASIN will have a SKU of 123456 and UPC of 123456, but the title, image and product details are for SKU 987654 and UPC 987654.

I can’t be the only one running into this issue… How are all of you handling this issue? Is there a way to export a report with all of the product details for a given ASIN?
