Having issue with opening a sellers account

As title states, my main issue was providing them with the bank account info. I went ahead and printed a statement photographed it and uploaded it. Seems like they took forever to respond to me stating it’s unacceptable because it’s a screen shot. I don’t understand that. It’d a printout. Now, to get someone on the phone from Amazon you need to take minimum a weeks vacation from work. Is there anywhere in which I can mail my physical copy of the bank statement copy of the license etc….whatever it is they needed. I’m starving for money I’m not doing very well at work and I’m tired of being under financial stress always.

Any helpful info that will aid in getting my sellers account up and running would be fantastic. My ex and I had an account under her info during pandemic time. At the time it seemed relatively simple to get up and running in a timely manner and we never had any issues. Now that I am trying to get my own, it’s all bad.
