Amazon DE – DHL Partnered Carrier pickup

Hi all,

We recently started using a 3PL warehouse in Germany. I have created the first FBA and have chosen to ship this order via DHL Amazon Partnered Carrier.

I am trying to schedule a pickup for a week already. I called DHL DE customer support 20 times but it seems that nobody speaks English there. I schedule a pickup via their website twice and paid 3 euros, but DHL refused to collect the shipment both times. I can`t schedule a pickup via My DHL +because the tracking numbers are invalid.

The last time 3PL loaded the shipment into their DHL truck but it seems that DHL will return this shipment to the warehouse.

Is there anyone who knows how I should schedule a pickup with DHL and have them collect the shipment and deliver it to FBA?
