Calculating FBA costs HELP

When calculating the FBA cost and fees what is the best calculator to use? I use the one from amazon in the seller central but what do I put in the “Average inventory units stored” & “Estimated monthly units sold”??? Every time I put a number in there (usually how many units I plan on sending) I end up being negative. Anyone have any tips on this??
