Possible to file DMCA counter notice for cases over 6 month

I want to file counter-notice for some copyrights infringement that happened more than 6 months ago. As violations automatically disappear after 6 months, I can no longer find them in performance notification window to appeal.

I’m asking because my account was recently deactivated because no new information has been provided for a few copyrights infringement cases and some of these have past the 6 months window. After checking these cases, I just realize they are false DMCA notice coming from competitors. How should I go about this?
