amazon seller support is so useless
I have been trying to list a new product for a month but I am getting an error 8572. I have asked Amazon support and they always ask for more info. I send more info they request only for them to respond we need more info and its an ongoing circle. I have asked for a call back from tbe leaderships supervisor and they never call. They never seem to have phone support to transfer to. It is so frustrating!! What does this mean? We will never be able to post a listing again?
We have sent a GS1 certificate, Proof of Affiliation and whatever other irrelevant info they need and it goes no where. Im bouncing tennis balls of a wall here.
