Seller Subscription Fee Refund

Hi guys, I signed up to sell on Amazon however have since realised i really don’t have the time required for this. I heard as I’ve made zero sales it’s possible to get your £30 fee refunded? How do I go about doing this as can’t locate any email address to contact Amazon?
