Issue with verifying my card

Issue with verifying my card, ive added a second credit card but it still doesnt let me into amazon.De marketplace…ive verified the first card 5 times already got charged and nothing hapens maybe it will take some time for the second card to be active? If theres something else id be thankfull for any advices. Thanks in advance!
