About the billing

So, i have just created an account on my own to try something. I received my code, amazon have charged for monthly fee, but my account has been deactivated after that. They require billing for pipe, water or internet service. I live with my parent, our bills is on my mother’s name, it’s hard to change the billing name except the internet service. So if i want a bill with my name, i have to change our internet service to my name, and pay for the next period, i’m not really sure but the next period start from january, i can pay now and have the bill but the period is in the future, is that ok?
