Credit card not verifying Belgium marketplace

Just got my account verified, I’m using my Amex and it’s verified all the other European marketplaces but when it comes to the Belgium marketplace, it says something went wrong

This is so frustrating. What’s the issue. I called Amex and they said they accept all European payments and it’s not from their side.

I’m selling in the UK so what’s the point of all this pointless stuff.
