MSDS certificate… What should I do?

Hi I am new here in Amazon Seller. I haven’t sold anything yet but prepared several items.

I would like to sell product including rechargeable batteries. Obviously they will require MSDS certificate.

Supplier in Alibaba from China, they said they have a certificate following Chinese standard.

My question is Can I submit that form in English and attached? Do I need to send a sample to a testing agency to get a MSDS sheet? How much cost?

My other fellow sellers told me, Don’t sell gated categories. Is it really that complicated?

Please give me any advice.
