Today received a policy violation based on feedback from one customer who thought the product may not be authentic (it is).

But when I check Account Health dashboard, the violation is not showing there, so I cannot appeal it? I have invoices from distributor.

The violation I suspect is based on feedback that was struck-through as the item was fulfilled by Amazon. Can this be the reason the violation is not showing on account health page?

My friend wants to get into this company and give them over 45k for them to start a shop in his name and they will exclusively run it. He will bring the money and they the expertise.

Hi, I sell vinyl records and cds on Amazon in the UK. Some second hand, but mostly new. However, I am prevented from listing some items because I have to first prove that I have purchased in bulk (well, 10 items) from a wholesaler. Can anyone suggest a suitable wholesaler please?

Also, if I only plan on selling sporadically (i.e. I am not going into business selling things on Amazon), should I do the $0.99 per item or $39.99 per month plan, considering that all my items might not sell in the same month. My product needs third party testing for dietary supplement compliance. We sell pure creatine monohydrate, made and packaged in the USA, and have no concerns about purity. I’m really worried the third party tester will say the label isn’t ok for one reason or another (for example, the font here or there is too small). We’ve been successfully selling for almost 3 years and a lot of inventory is at stake.

Had anyone here gone through this testing process for their dietary supplement? Does it take a long time to get approval? If it doesn’t get approved, then what? The tester we’re using is Cotecna.
