Anyone using Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD)? what is your experience, I sell shirts, and want to try AWD, is it worth it? where can I check exactly how much it will cost me. thanks!

Let’s say I am a UK seller and I have all of my items listed on GB marketplace. When I list my items my description and bullet points are in English and I set the language_tag to en_GB when I set them. No problems here.

I list them on US marketplace and I use English descriptions and bullet points and set language tag to en_US. No problems here too.

Now let’s say I want to list on the Amazon FR marketplace. If I manually translate my description and bullet points to French and set the language_tag to fr_FR, everything is fine, but if I use my English descriptions and bullet points and set the language_tag to en_GB on the french marketplace, the description and bullet points are ignored. It was my understanding that Amazon should automatically translate description and bullet points into the marketplace language if they are provided with an alternative language_tag.

Anyone have any experience of this. All of my France marketplace items are sat there with no description and no bullet points, and never get the buy box because of this.

If I call getListing it shows the items have an English description set in en_GB language tag, but this is never used or translated.

So this is a new one for me after many years of selling on Amazon. This morning I received a warning I was at risk of suspension because my VTR had dropped below 95% in the last 30 days. I thought this must be a mistake because I buy all my shipping labels thru Amazon. When I found the order that caused the problem, it showed a valid USPS tracking number but when I check it USPS says they’re still waiting for the package since June 1, 2025.

If my carrier didn’t scan the package at pickup, could this cause the problem? It must have been delivered just fine as I haven’t received any “item not received” complaints.

I have an old personal seller account going back to 2008 with a great rating but only about 20 sales. I have not sold in seven years. So the question is what’s the best setup for him. Should I convert my account to a brand so I can add him to my store, or just set him up with a new account? And can he sell as a child on my family plan, or does he need a new account ( I think the latter, according to Amazon)? I could even give him my account, but I want the money he earns to be his (and not to mess up my recommendations etc). What is the best setup to handle the income he receives? In the past I just left it in Amazon because I bought enough stuff. I assume we’d link it to his personal savings account.

I asked Amazon, and their support person kept missing the point of my questions and I got tired of trying to explain. Thanks again!

Just starting out, trying to resell some books on Amazon. I did this about 12 years ago before they revamped everything. As I’m coming back, I see almost everything I sell needs publisher approval. Is there a way to handle this more smoothly, or is reselling books a dead avenue these days on Amazon?

So my father bought a refurbished lenovo thinkpad t470 for some general work. Its been 1.3 year i guess since he bought. I returned to home just now and i had extra ssd so thought about installing it in that laptop. I had to break the sticker on two middle screws which said (warranty void if seal is broken). I opened the laptop to install a new ssd and was shocked to see that most of the original parts are replaced with cheaper ones and there is no internal battery in the laptop. what to do now. its been 1.3 year already. how can i report this.

They just put the sticker on screw so that no one opens the laptop.
