Hey all I wanted to sell on Amazon and attempted the seller registration. However the identity verification is not passed for some reason. It was a painful process appealing this failed verification so I left that account unfinished. my wife gave it a try to register under her name and her account got approved almost immediately.

So we are about to start selling with my wife’s account but I just learned that Amazon has something that detects linked account, which is a huge concern to me because I know that to resolve any account suspension due to linked account, all accounts need to be good standing status, well, it would be hard to bring my old account back in good standing.

So my old unfinished account has the same contact address as my wife’s, also they’ve been logged in on the same device a couple of times, but we are keeping the phone number and bank info differently. Has anyone experienced similar situation? And how likely this is going to trigger a linked account problem?

I’m reworking our catalog for the new FBA changes. I’m considering leaning into smaller, faster-turning SKUs, bundling to raise ASP, and moving a few ASINs to FBM/hybrid.

Has anyone tried similar shifts? What worked, and what would you avoid?

I am a small seller in the UK. Anyone uses a good software to manage ppc that would be suitable for a small business? We struggle to keep on top of our campaigns manually. Tried outsourcing to an agency, but they actually made things worse, so now I’d rather keep it in house but ideally use a good tool to help.

So I sent off 4 boxes to Amazon. 3 got checked in perfectly. The 4th was more interesting. Only 1 SKU was scanned in, and that SKU was at the very bottom of the box. It gets more interesting because the other 5 SKU have not been scanned and it has been 3 or 4 days. And when I checked my inventory, there in no trace, normally they would show up as “inbound”. But it shows 0 inventory everywhere.

It would really suck if they lost my stuff. Maybe I am being paranoid? I am still need at Amazon game, this is my second month. That was an expensive shipment and if it is lost, it would wipe out my profits for at least a month or more.

Hi guy, trying to get my account validated. Stuck in address verification the form asks for credit card/bank statement showing address. I live in middle east and bank statements here does not include address. Reached out to bank they said they cant. I know that sounds wierd but thats how things works here. Do you think i can submit any other document like utility bill instead? ( the form does not offer such option)
