Amazon FBA Fee Scam – Package dims
Per the title, has anyone else experienced amazon measuring your products with the completely incorrect dimensions? I know they say they use a special machine to get the dims but I just dont think its accurate. for a product measuring say half an inch in height, amazon is putting 3.5inches… and even when requesting re-measurements I am getting the same BS dims. I have changed my product packaging now for future listings to not be in a polybag to prevent any potential sag but even with that I am very worried I am still going to be taken advantage of by Amazon. Even for a polybag i dont even know how its possible they got 3.5 inches… i think its a class action waiting to happen but whatever.

Approved in the Books Sub Category, but when I try to list a book it says I don’t have approval for the Books Category. What’s up doc?
I’m approved in the Books Sub Category, but when I try to list a book it says “You need approval to list in the Books category” and then there’s a button that says “Apply to Sell”.
I’m aware that being able to list in the Books category don’t guarantee the ability to sell every book, but the specific error I’m getting seems to contradict my Approved application. Pressing Apply to Sell opened a second application in the Books Sub Category on top of my previously Approved application.
I can’t post an image, but I’ll describe it:
Listing Page: Item Name: The Good Life by Robert Waldinger MD Select a condition and sell: Used Copy Listing/Apply to sell "You need approval to list in the Books category" Approvals page: View Selling Applications Application name: Books, Application type: Sub Category, Changed June 17, 2025, Status: Draft Application name: Books, Application type: Sub Category, Changed June 17, 2025, Status: Approved

unit count type affecting variation selectors
Hi,
I have a listing on Amazon UK – https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CS3RXZZM
This listing was fine 2-3 weeks ago, but the variations got search supressed due to unit count information being required (even though they were present as unit count type – count).
I have deduced from reuploading via a flat file that the reason the unit count information was deemed incorrect or not present was due to the fact that for the category pet food or dog treats (or similar), you are only able to upload the unit count as grams, not as count (like you used to be able to).
The end result of this is that the listing shows the variations as ‘weight (pack of 1)’, for example what used to show as ‘S (pack of 1)’ now shows as ’35 g (pack of 1)’.
Does anyone have any general insight into this issue?
Anyone else have similar issues with unit count information just being struck off, and that type not being available any more?
Is there any way to show standard sizing information against the variation selector?
Many thanks
Mike

Product Title Optimizations: Will using “•” instead of commas confuse the algorithm?
I want my product name to be more stylish and maybe stand out but I don’t know if it will backfire because it can’t be parsed by the algorithm or something.
I’m just starting out so please excuse me if my question is silly… In case you are curious, I will use • to separate different use cases of the product in the title.

Anyone having issues with ‘send to amazon’?
Hi – I can’t seem to see anyone talking about this on amazon forum so I wanted to ask here. Are we the only one having issues with ‘send to amazon’? We can’t proceed because the only available option is minimal shipment splits (or the option with only 1 location). Usually we get partial shipment which is cheaper but now it just keeps on loading. It is not greyed out, it just has the circle loading logo and it has been like this for hours already. Anyone else? I kinda worried if we are the only one experiencing this. I hope not!!
