Anyone else getting this dumb frequently returned badge due to the new dumb algorithm? Now they want us to send videos as proof of customers falsely marking things as Damaged and defective. 99% do returned goods we ever are perfect.

So question is how the heck do you shrink a 2gb 2 min video down to 10 mb? They want us to upload these video to case so SAS can push it.

I work with Amazon as a foreign partner, and now I need a document that proves Amazon Services is a US tax resident, which will help me pay lower taxes in my country.

Does anyone know where and how I can obtain such a document?

Also, I would need this document for Amazon CA and UK. I would appreciate any help!

P.S. I believe the W-9 form could work (it’s not ideal), but I can’t find a version signed in 2025. The latest publicly available one I found is signed in 2024.

Is it pointless to sell items that are one of a kind, because if you do, the algorithm will be gone once it sells? Whereas if you sell the same item over and over, Amazon puts you higher on the search list?

I have been going back and forth with Amazon regarding authenticity of my items (zero customer complaints, just a routine check I suppose) and have provided every document available to me but they still won’t reinstate my account. Regardless, I need to do my taxes and am unable to see my reports (“do not have permission to view”). What do I do? They’ve also threatened to destroy my inventory.

If it’s worth mentioning, I signed up on the US seller central and am based in Canada. For some reason, I was never able to switch my “dispose of” setting to be shipped back to me. I have no inventory physically in the United States nor do I have an address there.

Any help would be appreciated, whether or not I get my account back. I just need those tax forms.
