So many Amazon reports — how do I find the key ones to track my profit & loss?
Amazon provides a lot of different reports with information from various angles, and it’s a bit overwhelming. Could anyone help me focus on which specific reports I should use to best understand the profit and loss of my Amazon business?
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Amazon AI using primary image from another country marketplace
I have different front images for each marketplace to reflect language differences. Amazon decides to the stick the one it fancies (I suspect from the marketplace with the highest sales) inappropriately on the other marketplaces. Anyone got any ideas how to stop this?

Shipping options for Amazon seller in Canada
I recently started selling on Amazon Canada and figured the buy shipment option isn’t available in Canada. Please for Canada sellers, what shipping option do you use and how do you go about shipping your products. Canada post isn’t sustainable.

Customer Shipping Error?
Hi everyone. I have been an Amazon merchant for 16 years and today I encountered a first. A customer actually called me and told me he could not order one of my products because he received a red error message when trying to check out saying: “Sorry, your selected delivery location is beyond seller’s shipping coverage for this item. Please choose a different delivery location or purchase from another seller. “ I called seller support and looked in all of my shipping templates and nothing comes up as an exclusion to where I will ship. Does anyone have any idea why this happened and how it can be fixed? Just to test, I had my daughter order the product and had no problem at all. Thank you!

Need your opinion – getting first sales from family and friends
I’m about to launch my product on Amazon and I planned out several family and friends to purchase the product after searching for the keywords (not from a link), spread out over 10 days. I will later reimburse those purchases, and I AM NOT asking them for anything else but to purchase. I just want the algorithm boost for the initial sales so that Amazon will show my listing to more unique customers.
Is this strategy legit? Anything I’m missing?
Would love opinions and experiences.
