IP infringement report keeps asking for the same info
IP infringement report keeps requesting identity info
There is a seller who is selling my artwork. I have repeatedly filled out an IP report against them yet I keep receiving this response:
We have looked over the additional information regarding your identity and could not verify the information you have provided. If you believe there was a mistake, please resubmit the notice with any additional information requested and the verification code below.
What information are they looking for? I’ve sent my addresses information and all the required fields. I’ve sent screenshots of the original file and artwork.

delayed notification – do i need to refund?
so a customer has just requested a refund (well, replacement but i am now out of stock), their product apparently hasn’t arrived, but it was posted on 48h delivery about 3 weeks ago. it was posted in uk with royal mail and it is almost unheard of for them to deliver to the wrong address, plus they will always try again the next day or leave it to be collected from a local sorting office.. so i am not sure i buy this not having arrived..
this is a high markup product and requires a lot of packaging and labelling, which is another reason why i am loath to refund
so my question is as follows: is there a statute of limitations as such on notifying the seller that your order hasn’t arrived? is there a time period after which the buyer can no longer expect me to fork out for a refund? i appreciate that this sounds stingy but we are a small business, and as i said this is a high markup product
ps. i know it is silly to offer a shipping option without tracking, it was a mistake and i have subsequently removed this option

Approval: Requires invoice for a 300-unit sale?
I have just opened up an Amazon seller account and I am very confused and frustrated. I thought the idea behind being an Amazon Seller vs an Amazon Business is that you get to sell products that are already on Amazon and being sold by others. However, every single product I try requires approval. But that’s not even the issue. When I try to request approval, it says that I have to submit an invoice from a manufacturer or distributor showing that I’ve sold 300 units of a product. Does that mean Im supposed to be storing my own inventory? Or that Im supposed to buy 300 units of a product from Amazon and store it at their facility? And wouldn’t that make me an Amazon Business rather than a seller? That just seems like kind of a scam to me.
Trust me when I say that I’ve searched for hundreds of products and they ALLL require this type of approval. I even have lists from others of hundreds of products they claim are undated but they’re not. Even audible and kindle books require approval.
I have a legitimate business idea that Im trying to implement using Amazons seller forum. If I had to buy inventory then I’d just forgo Amazon and start the online business the way I’d really like. It feels like a shady thing to insinuate people can do this when really they’re just tricking people into buying inventory that they have to sell on Amazon. That just forces people to buy inventory they don’t necessaily want just so they can get started but really it’s so Amazon can have more products to sell.
What am I missing? Im really hoping that my understanding of this invoice issue is incorrect. Can someone help me understand better and provide more information on how to get started?
Thanks for your help.

Amazon scraping 3rd party sites
How is it that Amazon is allowed to scrape websites to price shop but its against their own ToS?
Could you essentially just block Amazon’s IP range from scraping your website and write it in your own website ToS?
