I tried to register for a new seller account. I then get a notice saying that registration has been rejected due to missing information.

Then I get an email saying “please respond with the necessary information, in order to proceed”.

I reply to that email and ask for clarity around what further details re required….only to be greeted by an automatic response stating “this mailbox does not accept incoming mails”.

So I’m stuck. And the Amazon Seller help team are useless, they just keep telling me “we can’t do anything, it’s a verifications issue..wait for their email”. Rinse and repeat.

I have my item listed, but it’s out of stock as I haven’t sent any to Amazon yet. I only have 1 of my product right now. What steps would I need to take to send my product to Amazon and get it selling?

I recently launched a new branded product line, in a highly competitive category. My competitors are big names and advertise. That being said, I’m currently running a sponsored product ad $20 a day and the conversion is very disappointing.

Is this just way too low? I’m afraid if I do $50 it’ll be the same, or do I just try it? I’m small, obviously, but need to get this going.

Fyi My product listing + photos are strong A+ content looking good

For days now im trying to access the amazon seller central. Ive registered myself and completed the multifactor registration but i have never been able to log in to my seller central.

Whenever i login, i get redirected to an overview in which i have to select an account / region (all pending regestration) that does not include germany as the region where i would like to list my product.

After choosing any region the marketplace loads up but crashes with the info to retry in like 2h (this issue exists for me for 2 weeks now).

I cant contact the user support, because i need to be logged in and have to trigger the support process via the marketplace that i cant load.

Is there anyone that had a similar issue or just someone that can help me out?
I dont know what to try anymore.
