Forgive me if this has been posted already, however my situation may be slightly different to some others.

I have a website selling only branded products. They come from a dropshipping supplier in the UK. I want to start selling the same items on amazon, but of course you need some kind of proof from the manufacturer that I’m allowed to sell their items.

My question is, as the manufacturer allows my supplier to sell to me (to then sell on), can an invoice / dropshipping agreement from my supplier be enough to get authorised on amazon?

We first started selling on Amazon almost 10 years ago, then covid happened and we decided to stop, after 5 years of hiatus we rebranded and trying to get back on Amazon as FBM first. A lot of things seems to be different now, than 5-10 years ago, so I consider myself to be a newbie. I added 1 product 4 days ago : pics, title, description, bullet points, keywords, all seems to be good, our new brand name is quite unique, but still searching it without quotes won’t return any results (or it’ll be on the 10th page). Is it normal? Ads. I launched 3 ad campaigns 2 days ago, tried higher bids (vs suggested) with 50% dynamic increase, manual and auto targetting, but still get no impressions, how long does it take for ads to start working?
Would you say it’s recommened to hire an agency to audit a listing? What was your experience?

For sellers already doing this, what works and what doesn’t? Best practices?

1) Business Purchase activation? Percentage discount?

2) Then volume discounts? Percentage discount?

3) Campaigns with keyword bulk in the list of keywords? Bid Adjustment feature?

I got bombarded the first three days from people interested on my website. Should I send enough product to get it at many fulfillment centers? Should I put a small coupon promotion.? I’m new to this, and wondering if I should front load my store. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I got a message from a buyer saying their package is delayed and not delivered and they need a replacement or a refund. So I try to click on their order number to the right of the message, but it kept coming up as an error. Then I noticed that below it says the order was purchased in 2022. I was able to find him in my own record, but unfortunately I can’t find his tracking number or access his order on Amazon at all to find it. Hell, I’m not even sure it would show up in USPS at this point. So what should I do?
