If I ship a big order to a customer(FBM) and he returns it because he found it cheaper elsewhere, I have to pay for the shipping twice ?
Seems like an easy way a competitor could bankrupt me ?

Handling time 30 days? My products are Made To Order and need processing time
Hi there. I’m new to Amazon Handmade. I do carvings by order. I also have Etsy. In my Etsy shop all items are Made To Order and processing time is 4-6 weeks, depending of the previous orders. I don’t have many sales, approximately 10 sales monthly, but when customers order my product and want to wait 6 weeks, I know they honestly support and respect my works. How is that in Amazon? Are Amazon customers enough patient to wait for the project 6 weeks, or want it asap? Could I expect many sales on Amazon with this handling time?

Bought a few pallets of these. Right after Amazon took down the feature listings.
As title states, got 200+ of these. Selling them FBM and moving very slow. There is no feature listing for the product anymore for some reason.
Why is there no feature? What can I do to get feature? Should I do FBA?

Product photos. One rule for some, some for others….!?
I’ve been helping out an Amazon seller (UK) for the past 6 years. They mainly sell gardening products.
All sellers know that Amazon set’s certain rules when it comes to the main product image. White background, no text, blah blah blah. Now we abide by the rules as much as possible. Some we’ve managed to slipped through the net that do not strictly follow the white background rule (etc). HOWEVER, I notice many sellers break all the rules, featuring all sorts of graphics and such on their main image.
I mean, if we even have a watermark or like an inset image on our photo we get flagged!?
So how are these “rule breakers” slipping through the net?! If you’re one of the rule breakers, what’s your secret!? Haha.
