Solving a problem or improving an existing product?
When it comes to creating a new product or improving an old one, how do you even come up with ideas or spot problems to tackle?
Is it better to improve something that’s already out there rather than starting from scratch? Solving a problem can be risky, costly, and take a lot of time to find, while making improvements to existing products might feel safer, but it can also be tough to compete with existing brands and those cheap Chinese seller items.
Which way would you lean?

What’s your ad campaign strategy for new Amazon listings?
New to Amazon ads, i’m curious about how you structure ad campaigns when launching new Amazon listings. Specifically:
- What campaign structure do you use?
- Do you target specific keywords immediately?
- What’s your typical bid price?
I’m especially curious about how strategy should differ for niche items versus products in competitive, high-traffic markets.
Any insights appreciated!

Downloading products and updating
Does anyone know how to download a csv file of all the products so that I can make various changes and then reupload it? I’d rather not have to manually touch everything I list.

Is purchase invoice required for non-restricted items
-
Will I be asked for purchase Invoice by Amazon if I want to sell own branded (not trademarked) products in ungated category?
-
Arbitrage & PPC: if I don’t have the buy box and run PPC, will the ad show in front of a customer with my offer or the buy box winner?
This is to sell products in UK marketplace.
Thanks

Is hiring a accountant for VAT filings(EU) on fiverrr a bad idea?
He asks 900€ for 4 EU countries per year, 230€ for the registration.
Seems like a good price compared to amazon vat services(400€~ per country per year). Is this a bad idea?
