How do you track competitor prices and adjust pricing? Not like, “what options are available?”, but like, what do YOU do? And why not use another method?

I am a small manufacturer and I sell my product (6oz automotive accessory) through FBA. I used to send boxes of 20, but as sales pick up I sent boxes of 40 and still need to send more. I just had a box of 40 arrive with some damaged units.

It would be ideal to me to pack 20 units in a case, and then pack 4 of those cases into a box. It would save a lot on shipping and reduce the risk of damage, because 20 units fit very snugly in the case.

I know I need to have consistent quantities in the cases, and no SKU mixing, and no more than 150 units, and no exterior barcodes, but is there anything else I need to think of? I’ve seen people claim that cases need to be labelled but I don’t see a requirement for that.

I wanted to start fba for so long, but I got stuck at the step to reactivate my account, I live with my parents so I don’t have anything under my name, I have tried so many ways, should I just make another account under my parents name, if so should I delete my current account first? Thanks for any helps.

I appealed 14 times supplying all evidences, selecting and trying all choices, acknowleding my fault, explaining the cause etc. but nothing worked.

I talked with 3 different Health Specialist, CA, MX and a Turkish speaking, but 3 of them told me different things, suggested different things. I did what they said, nothing happened. All call records and call notations which are sent by mail are available.

Wrote over X to Seller Support, they didn’t help anyhing, also on Linkedin Sell on Amazon.

I don’t know what to do, don’t know why am i getting rejected, if I can learn, I can appeal or write what they want.

I acknowledge my fault to quickly reactivate my account but again it is not accepted several times.

Any ideas? Or anyone who is experienced in this suspension can help me?
