Amazon Algorithm for Seasonal Products – Better to be out of stock?
I sell seasonal items that don’t really sell any other time of year (maybe 1 or 2 units throughout the rest of the year).
Is it better for those products to go out of stock for around 9 months of the year? Or is it better to have a couple of units in stock so it’s NOT sold out?
I would assume it’s better to go out of stock than to have a poorly performing listing for most of the year?

Amazon seller registration taking too long
It has been 4 weeks now and I haven’t gotten a response. How long did it takes you to get approved?

KW Targeting vs Organic Rankings
Hey everyone, hope you’re all having a good day!
Got a question regarding keyword (KW) targeting in PPC campaigns.
Do you actively run KW targeting for keywords that you’re already ranking organically on the first page?
Or, do you only run ads for keywords that are organically ranking outside of the top 10 (even they appear organically on first page)?
I’m trying to figure out the best strategy for optimizing my ad spend and avoiding unnecessary overlap.
Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Possible to Report a buyer for return messages?
got a return today on an FBM listing and the buyer message is “Completely unusable. I am not paying to print a return label. Issue a refund and take the loss so I can just throw this shit away.” and then a second return from the same buyer with a note “Just issue a damn refund. I’ll dispose of it myself.” I actually would very much like my goods back lol, but anyway is there a way to report a buyer for their return message? I cant find any option for it.

Trademark Concern: Can I Use a Brand Name That Already Exists?
Hey everyone,
I’m currently in the process of submitting a trademark application for our brand, which specialises in hand tools. However, I recently found that there’s already a brand with the same name, but they sell paints – a completely different product category.
If I secure a pending or approved trademark in the UK, would Amazon still reject my application for Brand Registry because of the existing brand with a similar name in a different industry?
I’d really appreciate any insights or experiences from those who’ve faced similar situations. Thanks in advance.
