I recently launched a new branded product line, in a highly competitive category. My competitors are big names and advertise. That being said, I’m currently running a sponsored product ad $20 a day and the conversion is very disappointing.

Is this just way too low? I’m afraid if I do $50 it’ll be the same, or do I just try it? I’m small, obviously, but need to get this going.

For days now im trying to access the amazon seller central. Ive registered myself and completed the multifactor registration but i have never been able to log in to my seller central.

Whenever i login, i get redirected to an overview in which i have to select an account / region (all pending regestration) that does not include germany as the region where i would like to list my product.

After choosing any region the marketplace loads up but crashes with the info to retry in like 2h (this issue exists for me for 2 weeks now).

I cant contact the user support, because i need to be logged in and have to trigger the support process via the marketplace that i cant load.

Is there anyone that had a similar issue or just someone that can help me out?
I dont know what to try anymore.

My niche is very competitive (nutraceuticals) and my product isn’t not irreplaceable/unique, so I created a listing 5 days ago and decided to start as an FBM vendor, thought it’s always good to fix the errors and work on the listing before/if we go FBA. The challenges I face : 1) Can’t find my product by the brand name + product name, which is unique : abcd bang caffeine (for example). 2) My ads get no impressions : tried all kinds of bidding and set cpc at x2 of the suggested bid. 3) We got Featured offer score 100% 4) Images, keywords, bullet points are all there.

Contacted amz seller support, ads support and keep getting some vague/generic responses.

Since the market is oversaturated, do all FBM listing get treated like this or there’s something we should look into?

I’m a prospective seller. I found an item on amazon. I found the exact same item on alibaba at 20% the price using reverse image search. The product says “requires approval” even though the brand isn’t trademarked. I’m confused. I know I need an invoice but does the invoice have to say the “brand”’s name. It says “you need approval to sell BRAND in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible conditions.”

What I basically want to know is that when I order from alibaba does it have to say the amazon brand’s name or can it just have my store name on it? Thanks

Hi everyone I started selling on Amazon almost 10 years ago then took a break in 2020(covid affected our supply chain) up until 2025 when we rebranded. I decided to start as FBM just to see what’s up, but having some issues :

1) We are brand registered, but can’t find our product unless it’s in quotes : “Brand ABCDE”. The brand name is unique. 2) Trying various ad campaigns : auto/manual targetting, dynamic bids etc, used higher bids than suggested(even $10/click) but still no impressions after 3 days, amazon support is useless : try increasing your bids, no way our bid was the issue. 3) We have 100% featured offer (former buy box)

So my question is, do we get to deal with all this BS because we are not FBA?
