All my products are imported. Last shipment came in before new tariff announcement. Wonder if any sellers have been charged crazy tariffs.

I am planning to help setup a amazon seller account for my sister, since amazon is currently going to expand in the Philippines, and we sell clothes and all that stuff, I was wondering, does it have to be like a official branded clothing?

Brand Registry Issue with Amazon, Please help

Hi Everyone,

We filed a trademark with USPTO. Our lawyer did a search as well and couldn’t find any other TM with the same name.

Now when we try to register a brand with Amazon, they are telling us that the brand is already registered, how do we work this out? We’ve spent considerable time on the packaging and everything else.

Any insights would be helpful.

Higher priced and FBM sellers sell more than FBA

Hey Sellers!

There is a product I’m thinking of selling which Amazon is selling as well. From Keepa, I see that buy box almost 100% is owned by Amazon but other sellers also sell some volume. One thing that is not making sense is that FBM sellers are selling more units than other FBA sellers even when FBM prices are much higher, up-to 30% in some cases? How is that possible? I would imagine that Amazon algorithm would prioritize sellers with 1) Lower price, 2) FBA channel.

Would love people’s insight on it.
