Weird policy violation warning
Hi Everyone – I’ve been selling an Amazon for over a decade, and this morning I received a policy violation warning that I’ve never seen before, nor do I understand what it even means. I’ve changed nothing about how I package and ship orders. Can anyone help me understand what this means? Below is the warning:
Hello,
We have found that you have violated a policy. If this issue continues, we may deactivate your seller-fulfilled offers.
Why did I receive this message?
We have observed that shipments for some of your recent orders have been confirmed prior to handing them off to a carrier. Sellers on Amazon are not allowed to confirm a shipment before they have sent at least part of the order to the buyer.
Aren’t all orders “confirmed” before the carrier picks them up? I prepare, package, and print shipping labels for all my orders the night before. The next day the carrier picks them up off my front porch. It’s the way I’ve always processed shipments.

Listing branded products without copyright
EDIT: Title should say trademark not copyright.
Hi all, I have a question which I can’t seem to find an answer to on this board and Amazon support isn’t being particularly helpful. Here is my situation:
– We are a UK based limited company that works with manufacturers overseas which product unique, branded products for us. The brand name is different to our limited company name
– We’re currently working on registering a trademark for the brand name, however this process can take months
– In the meantime, we would still like to be able to list the product on Amazon.
The issue is that they are asking for proof that we are licensed to sell the brand. I’ve tried creating a letter of affiliation which was essentially from our limited company saying that we are authorised to sell this brand, however Amazon didn’t accept this (as expected).
Has anyone had experience on dealing with this situation? I’m not sure what else I can try other than waiting for the copyright however it would be a shame to not list anything for a few more months.
TLDR: How do I go about listing branded products without a trademark we get custom made for us? Is it possible to prove that we’re licensed sellers?
Appreciate your help!

How to Scale to $1M Revenue on Amazon? Stuck at 3-4 Sales/Week
I’ve been selling an eGPU for around £200 (sometimes discounted) on Amazon and consistently get 3-4 sales per week. I’ve tried other products, buying wholesale from China, but nothing else really moves—only this eGPU has steady demand.
I want to scale up and eventually hit $1M in revenue. Short-term, my goal is to reach $10K/month in revenue within 6 months. Should I double down on this eGPU and expand variations, or should I diversify into non-tech products?
If you were in my shoes, what would you do to reach that $10K/month goal 6 months from now? Any insights from experienced sellers would be hugely appreciated!

The first step where new Amazon sellers get stuck.. Product research
This is by far the most important step.
Why?
This step can make or break your business.
Let me explain.
High demand + High competition = Less chances of success
Medium demand + Low competition = More chances of success

Disbursements from different marketplaces (EU) how to recognize?
We get disbursements into our bank accounts from multiple EU marketplaces (same seller account). It is really confusing during book-keeping to tell which disbursement is from which marketplace.
All disbursements have unique IDs but nothing traceable to marketplace name. Also, the disbursement emails mention nothing about marketplace. Just some generic ‘disbursement attempted’ message without mentioning marketplace.
All this causes unnecessary work during book keeping because you have to look back in each marketplace to see all disbursements and identify which is which.
Do you have this problem? How are you dealing with it?
