Question from a BUYER regarding customer info.
It seems 95% of my Amazon purchases are from 3rd party sellers (99% are shipped by AMZ) as long as I have been with them (23+ years) and I have never had a problem but I have a question:
When something is purchased from you & shipped by Amazon what PERSONAL info does the SELLER get regarding the buyer? Since Amazon ships it do you get Name? Address? Phone? Nothing?
What about on returns that go back to Amazon? What info do you get if I return something? Are the returns sent back to you as they come in or in bulk?
Thanks, always wondered how that works.

Amazon Authenticity Complaint – Fight It or Take the Hit?
I recently received a product authenticity complaint on one of my ASINs, which has been marked as High Impact. As a result, my Account Health Rating dropped from 252 to 244, and Amazon has removed the listing.
Amazon has given me two options:
- Acknowledge the violation, agree to never sell this item again, and take a hit on my account.
- Submit evidence to prove the product’s authenticity.
The issue is that while I know the item is 100% authentic, I don’t have the necessary paperwork to submit because I don’t buy it directly from the manufacturer. I’ve been considering creating an invoice that shows I purchased it from a “supplier,” but I’m unsure of the risks. If Amazon finds out the invoice isn’t legitimate, how would that affect my account?
Would it be better to just acknowledge the violation and move on? Also, if I do acknowledge it, will my Account Health Rating continue to drop?
Would appreciate any advice from those who have dealt with a similar situation!

Advice needed for expansion to Canada and Mexico
I’m currently an FBM seller in the USA. It is my understanding that all I have to do is add the marketplaces and I’m good to go. The price in converted currency will always be based on the current price in the US.
My first issue is how to add shipping costs. Shipping is built in to my price so it appears as free shipping. I can add the shipping upcharge in the international shipping templates, but then it would no longer be free shipping. Is there a way to include the extra shipping in the base price without interfering with the automatic currency conversions?
The second issue is Spanish translations for Mexico. I have a niche product that doesn’t translate well with auto-translations. Is there a way to provide my own translations without losing the automatic currency conversions?
The last issue is caused by current events. Understandably, anti-US sentiment is spilling over to purchasing habits. I’d like to add a statement about hating Shitler’s hard turn towards fascism. (I’ll phrase it less offensively). I couldn’t find any in Seller Central, but does anyone know of any Amazon rules against politicizing listings? Of course, I also have to worry about the automatic currency conversion issue.

where do you cosmetic retailers guys keep finding authentic wholesalers coz for me its a Mess!!
Hi guys, help a bro out here !
I want to start selling international cosmetic brands like ceraVe, ordinary, Skin1004 in my own country using instagram but im totally new to this business I did some research on my own and I dont know where to start, I came across companies like q-depot and yesstyle but there wholesale price is quite alot with there limit to minimum quantity you can buy which is more than 100 units per order , I am run short of money and I also wanna sell in affordable price as I came across some pages who sell authentic products in lower price , ofcourse they wont share there secrets I ordered from this one page and there products are authentic as I used CheckFresh site to put the code from packaging and I got the manufacturer date and stuff plus the printing code on the package also looks real –dotted type; considering that the price they are selling is almost lower than the wholesale price of products on q-depot I asked them about it and they say its because they are wholesalers themselves and sell directly on there own page which is why they are able to sell at such a low price.
So, I came across another site called ‘globalsources’ where the wholesale price is very low but I read some concerns about its validity and authenticity while also learning about the facts that product might be original but might not be authorised by the original brand more like manufacturer stuff , should I go with them ? will I be fine , there are some badges granted by site itself to those sellers/manufacturers/wholesalers in ranking ordered like verified exhibitor, verified standard and premium legendary etc I did some research on the company info and came across nothing but some random news or maybe they are valid signs like one company is from uk and its trading brand name and the shareholder name is available on uk find-and-update site and another with its shareholder name and identity on linkedin with 120+ connections Idk if its a good sign or bad so just share some insights regarding anything.
I dont have much budget I can only manage upto 2-3k USD for now and upgrading it while doing this business as side to idk maybe main someday, hence, Im thinking of buying some authentic and low budget products that I can upgrade later which are also verifiable plus the cost of shipping and packaging and sites creation are another hustle that I gotta figure out on my own.
So, any advice or experience is appreciated.

No longer featured offer on my products I hand make.
Hey all, I have been an Amazon seller selling 4 products that I hand make myself and my own brand registered with Amazon. My account is in perfect health in all aspects and always has been. Starting last night all 4 of the products I sell (I am the only seller, as I am the one who hand makes the product) removed me as the featured seller, so the product no longer has one at all, just lists me under the see all buying options box.
How do I resolve this? I have contacted support and they just tell me the product is not eligible and will not tell me anything else. Is it all of a sudden a product listing issue, something with my account.. where do I go from here?
