Removals costs vent, extortionate

Who else is enjoying the current removal costs ? The cost to return a box of ten units (board games) back to me is £37.. for a 35cm 14kg box . The cost to send in the same box to fba was £5. The overstock came about from the algorithm changes , a good financial hit.

Accidentally used one charging method for 2 Amazon Seller accounts.

I don’t really remember doing this once and now my current account has been deactivated. The previous account was no longer in use due to being suspended for policy violations. I would like to reactivate my current account but have no proper documentation to go along with the activation methods Amazon has suggested, other than a letter explaining. What should I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Selling single ASIN in multipacks?

I have a listing where I’ve been packing and labelling two items together. This allows me to sell twice us much as I normally would. However, repacking individual items into pairs takes time, and I’ve realized I’m missing a small amount of sales where people would prefer to buy a single item. I also want to sell a single item paired with a completely different product in a Virtual Bundle.

Is it possible for me to send my inventory to FBA packed individual as single items, then create a listing for 1 item, and a second listing for 2 items? How can I ensure Amazon will pick 2 items off the shelf and ship it together?

My goal here is to just send items to FBA in their most atomic form, then create different ASINS for multipacks and virtual bundles.

Amazon active workflow is hot garbage

Is there anyway to avoid the d*gshit amazon workflow when uploading inventory and creating a shipment?

In the past I would use the Caleb Roth inventory uploader spreadsheet spits out the inventory loader file and a shipping plan. This would take like 10 mins to upload and I can start labeling.

Currently neither of these spreadsheets work and now I have to download amazons workflow spreadsheet, paste the skus and mark seller for who preps / labels the items and upload to Amazon then spend another 4 hours manually d*cking around in the workflow clicking “NO PREP” category again for all the items multiple times over and over.

Is there anyway to speed this up? This active workflow is hot garbage.
