I have been thinking about this for a while but it seems like a lot of work. I know there are a few good tools that help make the job easier but I want to know if it’s even worth the effort in the long term (I would need to learn a lot if I want to manage it myself)

I am stuck in this loop. Where I can’t get my tax to be seen as verified. I have been verified in the past. This time they are asking to reverify, but when I go to the tax area, and click it says I am verified. I called Account health and they keep saying wait 24 hours… and now I got an email saying I have 10 days.

In the app, when I go to the same information I get a different option and am allowed to change the information and upload new files (which I am happy to do if that pushes this through). But the uploading of files is greyed out on my Android phone so I cant get past that part. On a pc, I have no option for that.

This is a mess.

I noticed a significant decrease in order for a FBM product in my store. Doing some investigating I noticed that the shipping time is now showing as 14 days (for a shipment to the same zip code as my FBM location). Anybody seen this before?

Hi, had a customer refund for a 3rd time now, and I have no clue why?

The reason given by Amazon “customer service”, lol?

Any clue as to why? And is there a way to block this?

For those of you who have used one or more of these platforms, what’s been your experience? Which platform do you trust the most for private label sourcing? Or are they all fairly decent sourcing options depending on the product?
