I have the business summary thankfully, but I don’t have any idea how many units I sold in 2016. Is there any way to find this info?

Hi all, not sure if anyone has had this issue before.

I have a clothing product that has several color variations. Recently, for some reason, my listings have become suppressed. I would go to the ‘Suppressed’ status tab and click ‘Add Info’ and find out it needs information regarding the ‘Color’ and ‘Size’. Though notthing happens when I update this information.

I would also go to edit the listing and see that the ‘Color’ and ‘Size’ fields are highlighted red indicating that these values are wrong. However, when I try to update these (retype the same colours), the system would then say that apparently the Amazon catalogue has these listings with a wacky Color combination like ‘Grey Blue’.

I’ve also tried changing these listings through ‘Add Product via Upload’ tool, but nothing seems to work. Submitting cases to Amazon hasn’t helped either because they just keep giving me instructions on how to add a new product.

My products seem to be forever suppressed now and seems like there’s nothing I can do to update them.

I just got approved for the amazon seller account, and I’ve scanned a few items I was interested in selling, but it asks me for approval request and asks for either an invoice or a letter from the products company, neither of which I have because I’m reselling these items I bought.

I was wondering, if anyone knows what can be done about this; or which categories don’t require any approval to start selling on as a new seller? So, I can build a good seller reputation and then get auto approved for the categories I really want to sell on.

We manufacture our products in Home Category and are currently selling with GTIN Exemption. We recently applied for our brand to be trademarked, however we don’t have GTIN/UPC codes yet.

1) Will it be possible to go ahead with Brand Registry? 2) Can I sell as a Brand without GTIN/UPC continuing with GTIN exemption?

I made a logo for my products, BUT do I have to buy rights in order to use the name that’s displayed on the logo? The logo name has definitely been used… Sorry, I am new to this!

I have already found a product on Ali ba ba that I want to sell on Amazon (and before you tell me not to, do not bother) anyways if I am ordering 200 pcs, do I need to purchase 200 upc codes?

I am a beginning so sorry for the seemingly stupid question. I just created a product listing in order to create my FNSKU to send to supplier. The product listing now says “inactive (out of stock) even though I just created it and will send inventory soon. Shouldn’t it say “incomplete” instead of inactive. I heard that inactive results in amazon shadow banning your product. Is that happening here?

I ordered 2 products to dip my toes in the realm of selling via fba. One was a complete flop & the other is doing okay. I have over 200 units of the flop & it WILL NOT sell. No amount of ads, lowering the price, etc. So what do I do? Just send all of my products back to me & give it all away for free? Is there any way to get SOME money back? Ideas? I’m totally ready to give up on this product. The market became incredibly saturated from the time I ordered my product to the time I got it listed & ready to sell.
