I’ve only sold a handful of things on Amazon so far, but no good deed goes unpunished. I was clearing out stuff and listed my son’s 8th grade algebra textbook (he’s 25 now!) as I hated to see 800 pages end up in a landfill. Ok…so the buyer now says it is damaged and Amazon issued a returnless refund. I would like the seller to return the book as I think I could GIVE IT away to a deserving student locally (8th grade algebra hasn’t changed that much).

Amazon was most unfriendly and their chat agent resorted to hiding behind a whole bunch of gobbledygook about late delivery (which the buyer wasn’t claiming). (Looks like I am not allowed to post the chat transcript here).

Nothing to see here I suppose but I’m done with selling on Amazon.

I have been storing my inventory with this warehouse Seller Shipping Solutions LLC in Topeka, KS. When I wanted to ship in September, they told me they don’t have all of it. For now, there are 2358 units, valued at more than $50,000. After they went silent and unresponsive for weeks, now they are playing a game we are investigating. And this has been going on for 3 months. Half of that inventory sells only during this holiday season. So we missed on, in addition to no reimbursement. Has anyone faced something like that?

My FBA listing became out of stock for just one day because the pick-up guy didn’t come for pickup for two days. Now, I have lost the visibility and rank in search results. I earned the rank after driving traffic from meta ads and running amazon advertisements for almost a month.

I was shipping out a few orders and Amazon suggested I use UPS Ground Saver instead of UPS Ground, saying Ground Saver would meet the latest arrival date and Ground might risk a late delivery. But honestly, I’ve had bad experiences with Ground Saver arriving late, so I trusted my gut and chose regular UPS Ground.

After I dropped the packages off, the tracking showed they’re expected to arrive on time. My only concern now is whether Amazon will still flag the orders as late just because I picked UPS Ground, even though the actual delivery date will still be on time with ground. Will I be okay, or could it still count against my account?

Apparently something with my registration number and my tax ID number was incorrect? I don’t even know, the information for rejection was very vague. Naturally, I’m a little nervous about my timeline now . It’ll take at least three months before I can submit another application so I’m moving forward in the only way I can. My product is already in production and I assume we’ll be able to sell before the three month mark. Can I still use my brand name in my title on my product listing if I don’t have brand registration yet? I’ll just have to launch without a storefront. Will brand-name approval be my next best option?
