Buyer contacts me 3 weeks after scheduled delivery to tell me the package never arrived, wants me to refund them . They said Amazon told them the seller automatically refunds then files an A to Z claim to possibly get my money back . That’s how Ive done it in the past . since I buy my shipping from Amazon, Amazon normally covers the cost without me filing a claim. Is this a new protocol that I am not aware of or am I being scammed?

Can’t get past the OTP code for my seller account
Today I tried accessing my seller account and am not receiving the OTP codes for logging in. I get the OTP codes for my personal account, just not my seller account. Same problem no matter what computer or phone I use so it is definitely an account problem. I can’t chat with help because I can’t login to seller central. I can’t find absolutely any place to speak with anyone. In the meantime, orders are still coming in that I cannot access or fulfil (I do FBM). I can’t request the phone call for OTP as it says I’ve requested OTP texts too many times today. I’m really at a loss right now. Anyone ever deal with something similar?
