Anyone apply to the Brand Registry as the owner and manufacturer?
I am submitting a brand registry application as the owner of the trademark and as the manufacturer. Any advice on what to submit as the sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoice? Thanks!

Patent infringement, can I sell in other countries?
Basically the title. I received a patent infringement for a product I am selling, and multiple other people selling exact and super similar products. The patent is relatively bogus, and vague compared to my product. But I don’t have the cash to risk for a lawyer. And...

Help Creating Multiple Seller Central Accounts
Problem: We are going to set up many more seller central accounts in 2024. Each time we do so, we need to verify the account with an OTP sent to a mobile phone. If that mobile number is recognized with another account, or a personal Amazon account, we can’t proceed....
How is this legal for a seller?
On the first image we can see the price progression of the product in the last year and we can see it was set to 39.99 Euro for exactly one or two days in the whole year.
Then on the second picture we see the price now and the price which is reduced from, which is surprise...
