My Payment Credit Card says “Active” for payment method… Does that mean it’s good to go or can it still get blocked/not work?
Basically I set up my Professional Seller account and it charged me the initial $49 or whatever some months ago…. Since I didn’t immediately bring any inventory in and didn’t have an “active listing” they stopped charging me monthly.
Well, now...

Basically the title. Customer wants to remove the A-Z claim. I have appealed it with Amazon with the screenshots of the chat of customer. However, Amazon has not removed it. What should I or the customer can do in this case?

How to adjust return period for FBM?
Initially when I list a product, it says return within 30 days. Then I noticed a few days later it changes to 45 days. How do I adjust the return period? I looked under return settings and couldn’t find anything.
Also, is it possible to not have returns at all? Thanks....
