If a customer files an A-Z claim, is it possible to issue a refund while the claim is active, or do they need to drop the claim first?
Is it possible for the seller to simply pull up their A-Z claim and then just click issue refund? or does the customer need to drop it it first?
Also, does Amazon generate the return label for the customer, or does the seller need to provide a return label?
