Anyone signed up for for program called CUSTOMER SERVICE BY AMAZON? I got probably over 10 calls, asking me to let Amazon take care of customer service, and they say its free if valid tracking rate is 95% which I believe most seller will have, any info about this program?
and why is Amazon pushing this so hard? too many calls just offering this service

I need help setting up Returnless Refunds for FBA items.
I’m trying to setup returnless refunds for my FBA products but Amazon is still requiring customers to return the product. My product is rather inexpensive and i’d rather just let my customers get a refund and not ship the unit back to the fulfillment center....
