Amazon FBA duplicate Label
I just had UPS Pick up 250 cartons from my WH, only for Amazon to check in one of the shipments an hour later.
Looks like it’s a duplicate label Amazon provided another seller, coming from Canada (I shipped from California) arrived to a different FBA facility using the same...

If I ship a big order to a customer(FBM) and he returns it because he found it cheaper elsewhere, I have to pay for the shipping twice ?
Seems like an easy way a competitor could bankrupt me ?

Bought a few pallets of these. Right after Amazon took down the feature listings.
As title states, got 200+ of these. Selling them FBM and moving very slow. There is no feature listing for the product anymore for some reason.
Why is there no feature? What can I do to get feature? Should I do FBA?

Bought a few pallets of these. Right after Amazon took down the feature listings.
