Has anyone dealt with having the original Amazon Seller account owner pass away or become otherwise unreachable? We (the company I work for) need owner level access to change the credit card for advertising billing but Amazon refuses to work with us.

What does featured offer % mean?
Title. My percentage recently dropped from consistently being 100% to 89%. I sell my own branded product. Does the drop mean someone is hijacking my listing? It doesn’t look like anyone is hijacking. Is it because of coupons/discounts? I’m confused.
